Lab report #762: The facility has been evacuated after the snow storm struck upon us. Many of the specimens have been transferred, some where killed in the process, a few escaped. The two largest creatures, which could not be transported, remain abandoned in a state of deep stasis. One contained in a test tube while the other is chained up in the main central cage. I leave this audio recording behind in hopes to keep record of this place if it was ever to be found. We pray that the unforgiving weather completes its job and freezes the creature's bodies for eternity.

This lab gives off a magitech vibe rather than a sci-fi one and I love it. Whatever those creatures were, I'm sure they were magnificent beings even though they seem to be dead in stasis.
As for the other parts of the image itself, I like the look of it. It gives off a horror vibe but a relatively benign one in the sense that the horror is just what one is looking at and rather than something that's actively threatening whoever that figure is.
It looks mystical in its own way, like a long lost place that has recently been discovered possibly by the person who was investigating something to do with these creatures.
The combination of the colours and the strange, inconsistent lighting coming from the figures light source and from the test tubes themselves really add to the aesthetic of this piece and make it look even more beautiful!
Lastly, the tantalising glimpse of the large creature seems to be very interesting. Perhaps what's left of something like a dragon? Because that's what it looks like to me.
