A lovely piece that  jailbird did for me as a commission.

Here Arthur is playing around as he sometimes does showing off some of his Pan-like abilities to defy gravity or be just plain surreal. In this case, that involves walking atop the waters of a pretty lake and speaking with one of the Golden Fish that lives there!

Who knows who ends up granting whose wish!
