I'm somewhat picky about clown imagery when it comes to character design, but this one really just spoke to me. Primarina is my favorite Water starter, and it is essentially a siren clown. This one somewhat evoked Harley Quinn to me, hence her name, and I love her heterochromatic eyes! She was originally designed by terrortula on DeviantArt. Still need to come up with a good story for her, but her stats and moveset are already a given for me.
