A menacing and eldritch being I adopted from  tumbari_jons ! (Who I meant to post WAY sooner.. Sorry for taking so long mate)

Named him Keuthonymos, which means "Named in the Depths" or "Hidden Name".
Also named after a mysterious god or spirit of the underworld in Greek Mythology.

"Madness, Destruction and Chaos chant, sing and dance as the billions around them burn, melt and fester as they all scream in pain and agony. Nothing but melodies and lullabies to the sadistic, malicious forces beyond.."

The individual unfortunate enough to be chosen by this being, will be the only one to see this eldritch force.
When this happens, the being will follow them for long periods of time, his very presence causing the chosen one to slowly lose their sanity more and more the longer he lingers. More so if they dare look directly at the being. But at first, he'll appear from afar and quickly hide away if the chosen person sees them at a glance, And slowly later on, he will hide less and less, appearing closer and closer as time passes, and their mind becomes more uneasy and concerned.

Conditions of someone being chosen relates an individual's suffering at the time, particularly if they hold hatred and anger towards another. Allowing this being to appeal and force the chosen one into indulging and embracing their violent and dark nature.
This being will only offer the deal when a certain amount of time has passed (which may vary), when the unlucky chosen's sanity has become more drained, their mind panicked and unsettled, only then will the eldritch creature make them an offer that suits their woes and hatred prior to being haunted by this being. Attempting to coerce them into accepting his deal and indulging on their anger and hatred towards the one(s) they feel are responsible for their suffering.
Should they refuse at first, the being will continue lingering around them, his maddening presence pressuring them further into accepting the deal.

Should they finally accept the deal, the being will begin to devour their soul along, with their heart and large chunks of their body, but leaving the rest of their body and a small fragment of their soul as he transforms and corrupts their physical body.
Deforming and twisting their form into a horrid, eldritch abomination, who he persuades to go out and kill off the person (or people) they hold hatred and anger towards prior to this horrid haunting. Afterwards (should they have done the violent deed), they will most likely go out and continue to kill any living beings they come across, spreading chaos wherever they may go...


Those affected around the chosen:
Those chosen by this being aren't the only ones affected by his maddening presence, even everyone else is afflicted the longer he lingers, becoming more and more insane overtime.
At first, they will become nauseous, their minds uneased, but as the being stays longer, they start to become more agitated, more panicky, some even becoming more violent or savage.

In times where the chosen individual refused the deal and stays in their home town or city, everyone around them will become worse.
As their minds become more and more insane and psychotic as the days pass, all while no one even knows why or what is happening. Completely unaware of the eldritch being completely invisible to all except the one haunted by such a horror.
Eventually, these afflicted people snap, as they become completely insane, causing massive chaos and confusing as many start killing each other, the town/city becoming destroyed and ravaged by it's own denizens. Driving the unfortunate chosen one into becoming more stressed and unsettled by the chaos, all while the presence haunts them further, till the deal is struck.

Such chaos may never end...
