Presenting you guys a new OC.

First of I would like to give a very big thank you to ScruffyTurtles ( https://twitter.com/ScruffyTurtles ) for doing the actual design work on him and giving him such dashing looks.

His name is Raoul.

To give you all a bit of backstory to him:

Raoul lost his parents only a short while after he was born which caused him to he raised by a few associates of his mother.

He was kept well educated but with his “mothers” being so watchful over him he is a bit alouf in social manners and usually aims to please specially if it comes from a woman.
Sometimes to his detriment.

He usually tried to do the right thing but his incapability to say no to woman has landed him in hot water one too many times for his own good so now he has a lot of morally gray people in his social circle.

He also has ended up intimate with all the woman who raised him duo to his dashing looks and them all seeing him as eyecandy.

He is also open to intimacy with other man but that usually seems to happen on a far more friendly matter then his female encounters.
