I decided to do up some alignment charts based on various OCs that myself,  musclefan999999, and  xanderdwulfe. My OC here is the Master,  musclefan999999 has Bull and Snake, and  musclefan999999 and  xanderdwulfe created the Doctor.

 musclefan999999 came up with some cute little lines to go with each character too!

Lawful Neutral - The Doctor: Science, my dear boy. All in the name of science.
Neutral - Master / Bull: I'm the master of the mansion. Don't mind the cat. / Most musuclar? I am! watch me eat this cake!
Chaotic Neutral - Snake: Don't worry.... Not all snakes are poisonous.

And some explanation:
(Taken from  xanderdwulfe) I see The Doctor as Lawful Neutral. He's not evil, his plans aren't vicious, no does he particularly do anything truly harmful. Everything he does is to his own design and what he wants, but whoever he does this to, he always does so in a way that they had to have agreed or accepted the consequences and always makes sure they're alright. Yes, if you cross him, he can be frightening and his methods are quite insane, but he's far from evil, I'd say. He's in the perfect middle ground. Definitely not good, sides a bit more on manic, but not EVIL.

As for the Master and Bull... Well they're just neutral as neutral can be. They do prefer good and order- the Master working to finance the farm after all and Bull is a big sweetheart. Though they both can be naughty by making Bunny grow via cake feedings or trying to come up with new animal boys.

And the Snake. He's a guardian on the farm and is very charismatic. Despite being a prisoner he is relatively free, able to do what he pleases and who he pleases while still being a decent guy.
