Warning, rant ahead:

Y'know, I don't usually do couple stuff, or romance stuff in general. I avoid it like a plague if I can help it. I don't understand it and I am as clueless as a kid at a rocket science campus when it comes to writing romance. You know that yourself pretty well. You've read my stories, so you are pretty aware my attempts at romance scenes are duller than an eroded rock. So, consider this a rare occasion of my characters showing any deeper emotions at all. There's not gonna be many of these. I am only getting more unfeeling as I age. I wonder when I'll actually lose my empathy and touch for complex emotions completely...
