This man right here is a Novyrni, the Novyrni are a species of white feathered raptor-like people, they have electric organs like that of an electric eel, these can be seen on their tail and forehead, and have a light lavender colored blood that is bioluminescent.
They live on a lush planet with tons of swamps and jungles, most Novyrni factions are allied with the Omarasa (The bad faction of Basflimans) mainly because most don't have much of a choice, so they can be seen in their armies, those who don't work for the Omarasa empire often become mercenaries, like this guy above, who is for now unnamed.
Their accent is most comparable to the Australian accent.
