Neither of them are raptors-but they're all theropods. The brown one is a cryolophosaurus, a meat-eater in the dilophosaurid family that lived in Antarctica. The purple one is a t-rex.
As for the fur-it's actually supposed to be feathers! Several raptors were found with fur-like feathers on their bodies. I used the logic that maybe other theropods have similar adaptations. 8D
