"As you can see, the weave is all around us. you can feel it now, espicially when i have a spell like this charged. Magic can, in theory, be used by anyone. However in the modern day you can't go into a bookstore and simply write a spell down. Some may be born with this power, but they don't know it. And the other 'flavour' so to speak is from the devines. The flavour i got which seems to be partially responsible in bringing magic back to this world was from such a source."
