Peppinophobia was the Viscount of Satan. He's a Satan Side of Peppino Spaghetti (Pizza Tower) and the main antagonist of Wario: Five Nights at Pizza Tower. He returned to MIWBTI 4 due to a Boss battle in Pizza Tower.

His abilities are: Ground Earthquake, Chain smash (Smashes with Satan Chains), Blind Laser (Remove his eye mask and Transform the Satan Lights on his eyes making the victim blind), Cannibal bite (24% chance of getting the victim bleeding), Zombie Curse and 1000 Satanic Needles of Doom.

Bio: 6 months after Waluigi: Kingdom Wonderland due to hunting down the 3 Satan Gang members and saving Kingdom Wonderland, Peppino Spaghetti introduces a new Pizza called Cheddarman, a pizza made from Cheddar cheese that has become new for Ham. Upon eating and being acclaimed for the taste to customers, Peppino begins to comment on the taste before he drives himself into Blind Possession making his eyes bleed and roaring like crazy. Peppino was accused of selling his soul to Satan Queen in exchange for a Curse Eyedrop (Tears of Marauder with Satan Soul) before he introduced the new pizza in his Restaurant.

Peppinophobia was responsible for creating the Zombie Souls making victims infected with the Zombie virus in various places to have chaos. He hates being day due to Zombies' weakness. The Zombie Souls were created by Peppinophobia due to the collaboration of Lilith Morgana Massacre (Satan Queen) and Alastor Quack (A Satan form of Le Quack and Mister of Satan).

When the first test of the Zombie soul by possessing the victim's body, the first victim Bugs Bunny turns the Zombie (red-eyed, zombified with skeleton parts and cannibalistic) starting a chain reaction of people getting attacked and eaten causing the rebellion attack and turned into the zombies. 28 days later, The Mushroom Kingdom and Dark Tower World have become overrun by Zombies and Undeads being cannibals who wanted the victims' Brains and Organs.

Wario, Francine Smith, and her husband Stan Smith are established to be one of the few survivors. They must survive the Five Nights of Pizza Tower to stop the zombies before it gets late for Peppinophobia. His quest is to destroy Wario by making him become Skeletonized and organs are stolen from Satan Queen.

In MIWBTI 4, Peppinophobia returned after Satan Queen's Gem Crown became glowing, making the Zombie's souls leave the Satan Queen's crown. If Peppinophobia gets defeated, He's become Peppino Spaghetti and Receives the Gluttony Key.

He appears in Wario: Five Nights at Pizza Tower as the Main Antagonist role but returns in MIWBTI 4 when Six Heroes and Francine Smith hunt down the Zombies and Possessed Monsters.
