This is The Moon she's a celestial being and she slowly crawls around the world as she tends to her star garden
The stars she was gifted by the star making bird Lawrence and she lovingly hangs them up in the sky for everyone to bask in their wish giving light

She doesn't speak but can sometimes be heard humming a lullaby at night for her stars
