I should have timed myself. Took less than an hour, that's for sure. About... between 30-45 minutes?
Yay, playing with colours. xP

I think you have good vision of light, where it does come from, how it's shown on objects. I really like that, you think naturally with your art.
I see you like that paint-brushing style. You are creative with colors, mixing everything with anything and swinging around with it.
But I think there's also a problem with it, your art gets unclean. There are no lines, and if yes, they are thick and thin and just thrown out of nature. Unproportional.
So at one point, you did very well, it's one unforgotten art style.
But on the other hand, it looks lazy. And as you said, you did it just in one hour, so there is not much effort build into it.
For the anatomy, you did well, but about one thing I've to say something:
The hips of Pikachu doesn't look right. Actually, you have to spin it for 180° to get the correct anatomy (if he's sitting). The paws are bound to the hips, so there is no line between them. The knees gets apart from the body. Look at photos of canines sitting.
But if he doesn't sit, there are no hips (like google pictures told me), just remove its lines.

Thank you very much, really, well thought out comments like this is what I like.
Now, for this, I was going to speed and less to do with lines. Really, lines weren't what I was going for at all, but I am lazy with lines. I hates lines. It's something I tend to use with my other art styles.
I tend to paint paint paint and then stop. And look at what I'm doing. Luckily I'm good with editing hues and the like so I can get the colours I REALLY want. I was just looking at pikachu on google and your right, he doesn't really have hips per say. Thank you.

Allright, that's a good answer. Didn't thought about that.
So, you are going to really put in feelings into pictures. Your personal tastes or whatever. And that's why you have to do it quick for yourself.
But still, I would say for some art you just have to get yourself much time. Drawing for a long time is also as many feelings as in speeddrawing. And you could get more ideas.
