Having a new house being built, and to go inside the glorious atrium/stairwell it also needs a glorious set piece. Being the crazy person I am, I decided I couldn't just have anything there, it is going to be Mewblade. And also, I refuse to let anyone do artwork for me, so thus out comes the old 2010 model of my Mewthree, and begin the rewiring and detailing and god, this is going to take forever. You can see the older on her right, and the newer on her left.
Working on Mewblade's head. Eyes come much later, and as does the blades. At this point, I get to delete the old half, copy over the new half, and seam it together, then start tackling any five-sided faces, making sure proportions okay, and so on before debating if I want to pose first then up her poly count, or something else.
