Looks like another mishap at the Bunnygirl Factory.
I can neither confirm nor deny any rumors associated with this incident. However, in my defense, that door had NO warning sign on it!

I don't really care what's going on here sorry doesn't make any sense like really the story doesn't make any sense how did he end up in the the bunny factory but how did he get there doesn't explain how he got there or how he end up there like how did he end up there how he you know you're not explaining how he got there then he just stumbled upon a bunny factory or I didn't just walk on the conveyors like a movie taking just been on him to see where it goes
"However, in my defense, that door had NO warning sign on it!"
I mean it did have that Bunny head design but in my defense, that isn't exactly the most telling sign of what exactly's going on right?
Seriously though amusing idea and image used here especially just how wide the "new bunnygirl's" eyes are.

Thanks! I'm really glad you liked it! ;)
Years ago, an artist friend told me that, "Every drawing you do should tell a story." Thus, I try to have a "story" (in my head, if nowhere else) in mind when working on projects like this one. So there is definitely a backstory to this drawing, but I prefer to leave it up to the viewer to fill in their own details as to what is going on at the mysterious Bunnygirl Factory.
That was the long way around to answer your question: Yes, it is possible, perhaps even likely, that this model may retain her past memories. What do you think?
