No, she's not supposed to be armless. I was going to add a wall or something where her arms seem to disappear into the void, and I completely forgot, because I'm a dork. You're just gonna have to use your imagination with that blunder, or heck, by all means, copy it and make it better. I'm not very protective of my stuff here.
Story? Not much of one. Just an attractive girl getting teased by someone out of frame with a vacuum cleaner. The vacuum tube gets close to her face, and shoomp, it gets stuck on her cheek. ^-^
