Neo was once a normal, 25 year old boy, coming from a rich family, but taking pride in his many inventions, ranging from custom weapons, to armor, to spot-on recreations of things seen in media like sci-fi items.
But as it turned out, his family he'd grown up with was his adopted family. His original father kidnapped him and injected him with some unknown substance before passing out. When he awoke several days later, he thought it had all been a dream......until he looked in the mirror of his home. The reflection staring back at him wasn't him.
It was a green Raptor.
Instantly he was terrified as the memory of the substance entered his mind. But after a while, he came to accept this as a new ability, and eventually figured out how to control and use it to his advantage, such as morphing back to being full human. While he had made an antidote, he chose to never use it as he'd come to enjoy having the ability to shapeshift into a Raptor, and other variations, and believed he'd feel so strange without it after having it for years.
This boy is as old of a character as Demon is. In fact, he's Demon's "mysterious" owner. So glad to finally have a reference sheet for him after so many years of nothing.
Demon and Neo originated from the same story, but back then, Demon was made as a guardian for Neo, but like Chompless and Arez, Neo grew on me more and soon he developed beyond just a story character.
Now, unlike any of my other characters, he is strictly NOT one to be in ANY fetishes whatsoever. Him being a normal human previously and doing fetishes feels so wrong.
