“These damned sands of Ounari - how is a satyr ever to find his way, so far from the shade? Ah, sunburns aren’t the worst, in the end… what’s truly pitiful is my empty pot of a belly! It’s half the size it aught to be, I’d reckon… perhaps if you know of any inn in this desolation, you can help me fill it once more, fellow traveler?”

Drawing satyrs always brightens my day right back up, and this one is no exception. Here’s a satyr, badly sunburned by the sands of a foreign land - a setting from a very old fantasy concept of mine. I’m very pleased with it - although, on further inspection, as cute as his little belly is, it could be improved by a bit more heft… or maybe a lot more!
