Here are Pamela, Paulina and Nicky, left to right. It's "Pair the Discards" as they say on TVTropes. Or possible "Odd man out" depending on how you look at it. If you read "Cheddar Panic!" you'll see a slight preference for Pamela/Paulina, as I cast Paulina in the passive role. These days, I'm easier, and might even be convinced of Nicky/Pamela. There's still an odd-one-out going on. Which is tragic.

Depends on your country. Her ein America, they're available in English (Sort of, some bits are cut out: Comparing the Italian with the English of one book which I had in both languages, they cut out a picture of the girls in a hot spring, and they cut out this great, educational part in the back for no reason.) I know that the Geronimo Stilton books are available in Spanish. But I don't know about the Thea Stilton books. When it doubt, they're available in the original Italian.
I have found one book with a quite well-designed pirate cat girl as the villain... :) Oddly though, unlike in the cartoon, in the comic the femmes, Thea included don't seem to have any boobs... at all.
By the way, did you know there are Geronimo minifigures on sale now? I have seen blind bags as well as giftsets. I might hunt down a Thea, if I can.

Europe gets everything :) Europe is the only place I know with My Little Pony blind bags, too.
As for breasts: They're fairly small for most; they seem to rely on what TVTropes calls "Tertiary sexual characteristics", things like makeup, clothes, jewelry, hairstyles. Pandora Woz is an unusual case: You know she's female but she's a little tomboyish, only the heart on her shirt being a good indication. And her giant crush on Benjamin.
