I had a lot of trouble trying to find an outfit on Hero Forge that would work for this character, so I just a wild guess, and played around with the colors. However, this is supposed to be Len the Outback Lion, Leo the Patriotic Lion's Australian counterpart. This is why he's holding a pair of boomerangs, and the hat is an Australian rancher's hat.
Len also carries a revolver and bullwhip just in case, but those are not in the picture.
