Very nice!! As others have already pointed out though, he's kinda missing the belt. ^_^; I'm no artist so I don't really think I'm qualified to critique, but something is bugging me about his left arm (in the pic the one on the right). It just don't look like it's connected right to his shoulder. I could be wrong so please don't hate me. I just thought I'd point that out.

I'll guess you mean the technique instead of the program (Photoshop, just in case)
1) Scanned my pencil lines
2) Set pencil layer to multiply, coloured everything underneath it
3) Added crappy, bold black lines on the top, removed as necessary
4) went back to the colour layer and added drop shadows in appropriate places
5) Set a layer above the rest as Screen and made a delicate light bloom on the right
6) Took that purplish/grey colour and added it to make things more interesting.
I also used grunge brushes for this exclusively. I found they make for more interesting results and give some more edge to the brush strokes. :D
