His lies were sweet as nectar, his kisses tasted of honey, his desire; insatiable.
He played his role as a gentleman perfectly, every movement was done with an aristocratic grace, one after another they fell for him, tricked by his deceiving charm. It wasn't until they got lured down into the cellar and robbed from their freedom that they realized what kind of horrible mistake they had made.
Every scream that filled the room was like music for his ears, every plead for mercy was contemptuously denied, every drop of blood filled the air with an arousing scent, every tear more beautiful than a diamond, every gasp caused by indescribable pain filled him with a jolt of orgasmic arousal. They all was so easy to fool. They all blindly followed him down in the dimly light cellar, trusted him with their lives. Their gullible nature would in the end be their own death sentence. The sweeter they were the more they cried. but it always ended the same way.
Initially I had decided not to write a story for this illustration, because there are and endless array of possibilities. But I thought this little bit of dark creative writing taken from a comment, and edited slightly, from the WIP image would suffice. You know who you are, thank you. :)
Also, I decided to be lazy with the background and use an existing image from the web and edit it from there. I do not have the patience or skill to paint something like that myself, especially since this is just for fun. It did still take a lot of effort to try and get looking right. I don't like doing it like this though, to be honest, because it often ends up looking 'pasted on'. In addition to that the perspective is wrong, as the foreground has a simple perspective and the background is at an angle view. It probably would have looked better if I managed to draw up a good perspective for the characters but at the moment that is beyond my current skill level. I think the colours of that dress look a little off too but I cannot be bothered tweaking it any more than I already have.
On the other hand, I actually really like his Mirth himself came out, especially zoomed in on his face. Maybe in the future I will use that headshot as an icon or something.

Yeah baby, blush while you still can. Soon you will have so little blood in your delicate body that there will be no more blushing. Ever.
Look at that gentleman. He sure knows what he does. A real professional in the art of seduction. But that's not the only thing he's a professional in. :D
There are something about well dressed and well mannered sociopaths that makes me all dreamy. The more insane they are the more charming they become. There may be some submission thing in all of this, but it's not a healthy obsession. No flies crashes into a spider's net on purpose. I guess admiring a stark raving mad sociopath like this guy is best from a certain distance. In that way I will not end up missing.

It's almost as I can hear the soundtracks going on in their heads.
Lamb girl: Like a Virgin by Madonna. (Like a virgin, touched for the very first time...)
Mirth: Diane by Therapy?. (We can cruise down Robert Street all night long, but I think I'll just rape you and kill you instead.)
The best place to hide is out in plain sight. Be a loner who never leaves the house and people may wonder what kind of loonie that lives there. Go out and mingle with people, become a known sight, and you can do the most wicked things without others suspecting you for being the one you really are. I wouldn't mind having a cup of tea with the Mirth, the only thing I want in return is an escape route. That's not much to ask for, is it?
Oh, by the way. Are you familiar with Therapy? They didn't get the fame they deserved and are mostly known in their home country (Irland), and one of their most known songs is Diane. Hüsker Dü had the original, but I prefer Therapy's version, it's much nicer and doesn't sound so "messy". It's a pretty sweet song:

I must grow a mustache again and then I'll be ready to pick you up in my car.

Hmmm... tea sounds great, but escape routes are strictly BYO. There is also no saying whether it would work out either.
And ooh! More music to add to my playlist. I think it sounds lovely. The comment there also amuses me very much:
"With great mustache comes great responsibility."
Hahahah!

Hmm, intriguing, a man with the same minds eye as myself Though I prefer to not waste that oh so lovely crimson life by giving it to the mere floor when their essence can become a part of my own. Their screams feeding my black heart as their life restores my own.
This is a well done piece I must say. I really love the coloring and details.

Oh man, this came out BEAUTIFULLY! <3 Just as I'd thought it would.
I really like the idea behind this picture, a gentleman luring in an innocent sweet girl with
his irresistable charm, only to lead to a bloddy mess ;3
And the background goes perfectly with this, exactly what I imagined. <3

I love using orange/yellow colours and ambience. I just love the feeling, whether it is for dark or nice scenarios. Though I should really start experimenting with colder colours, I never really seem to end up getting there. Sometimes when I initially paint something with blues and purples as ambience, I end up changing it to orange in the end. :V Derp.
Oh, I love charming, well-mannered, but yet very dangerous, deceiving sociopaths prey on the innocent such as a girl as herself in the picture. I envy of Mirth already, he could easily seduce and lure them exactly what he want them to without problem. Gentlemen are irresistible. <3
I'd love to see an innocent girl's face once she realizes that she get herself into.

There are times though where things do not go according to plan and Mirth has to change tactics from decisive to forceful. He doesn't like it when that happens though, because he does not like the idea of failing anything. I don't think anyone does.
Also yes! That expression she will put on would be priceless.

Nice piece you have done. As calm and peacful as it may appear, I can feel a dark nature behind it. Though it isprobably because I am more familiair with your character or it may be how you've colored this forthe end result. I actually like to see the next part where that have been deceived and is meeting their demise (since I've read that small literation you have done) in art form. You do the expressionsquite well and I would love to see what you can do with those expressions when one experiences pain, fear, and sadness. :3
Being able to master the expressions of fear, horror, mortification and the like is something I really want to achieve. I can't say I am any good at it now. I do not plan on making a sequel with this victim in particular but with others instead. I sort of like the idea of this one expressing trust and comfort being the last thing people see of her, knowing it wouldn't have ended well. How it ended for this one in particular is up to the imagination.
And thank you very very much for the compliment.

What I find "seductive" is that in this portrayal, he seems to have a very long, serpentine lower body. I've always been intrigued by the idea of communicating with a being who seems so very gentle and innocent, yet in essence he or she truly has the heart of a demon. I've always imagined that it would be frighteningly erotic to stand before a serpentine being, who could be conversating with me on one hand while the remainder of its body was busy slithering around either in the interest of simply bringing physically convenient comfort to the creature, or for the unspoken purpose of entraping the individual being spoken to. That, or I simply enjoy the thought of someone communicating with such a being, the conversation being ever-so-slightly on the edge of the creature's deepest interests, yet all that could be gathered is that the creature simply derived a certain comfort from speaking with a physically lesser being that he or she could easily overcome. It's interesting because it implies a sense of a humane personality to a being that, all things considered, is very potentially dangerous, and anything remotely related to its darkest interests have gone unsaid.
On an off-note, it makes me think of that little bit of textual info in a "book" in the recent "Elder Scrolls" games that describes how the "daedra" ("demons" basically) are thrilled by the idea of hunting down humans, yet...if ever their prey were to escape them, they express themselves NOT in a disgruntled fashion, but in a way where they "secretly applaude" their prey's escape. It's suggestive and erotic in an undertone that paints an image of a monster that preys on humanity for sport, and generally lusts after them even when in a more reclusive state of mind and demeanor itself. Just very sexy, if not horrifying...
Though I must admit that I've always been one to never venture any deeper beyond the face value in everything I've described. It always seemed more appealing to me from a distance...
...instead of at the very core implications regarding the matter at hand...

Just faved two pics~ have to say I like your subtle work since I'm not so much a fan of hard gore myself~ (light blood play has always been fun though~)
Also provided a situation like this, if I were single, I often worry I'm entirely too naive when dealing with certain people~

I noticed that, it is much appreciated.Thank you very much~
It is quite understandable in several aspects as to why hard gore and the like might not be suited to an individuals palate.
I also often worry about my own naive nature, which is quite strange because I know about the bad things that happen in this world and the bad people that live in it. Being able to trust people easily isn't exactly a positive trait in that point of view.

Heh, avoidance is recommended, especially if you are pretty and delicious.
Mirth isn't the sort to have feelings of love so it is unlikely that he will be the one to be 'seduced'. However there is the chance he might be tempted by a seemingly scrummy and harmless, but unknowingly dangerous individual. Mistakes can happen.

Oh damn... I love this. He's impeccably charming, flawlessly charismatic, a perfect gentleman in every manner... and it is all a lie. Sadistic psychopaths forever - just becaue tehy're insane and twisted doesn't mean they aren't fun. And it looks like Mirth (brilliant name as well) is about to have plenty of fun. Pity that the same won't be said of his lovely victim... um, companion.
Heh, okay then, glad to help. Great picture, poor woman. Seems totally unaware of the danger, but I can see it in his eyes. Something about that smile, a grim satisfaction. His eyes have a certain...twinkle, the thinly disguised look of a predator assessing his prey. But maybe that's just 'cause I know his dirty little secret.
