No idea what the "Fogo" means, but no problem with the forgetting. It's to the right on the page and is squished between the "Favorite, Download and Note" buttons, and the Gallery display, and those both are MUCH more noticable, so if you're going to not notice or remember it would be that.
Oooooh, I've never seen the site on a phone-screen, I stick with PC, but if it's anything like what sites look like on my tablet, then no wonder you didn't see the tags. I'm guessing they're literally as far down or out of sight as possible compared to the main image or the description, and like I said, even on PC-screen the tags aren't easy to notice where they're placed...
