This I collected about five years ago ^^ I remember I got it on E-bay while I was taking the ACT's at the time.. wait so six years ago... damn has it been that long? Anyway this is an actual peice of money from 1918, a battleship note. I have a coin/bill collection of modest size very modest this is theonly good thing I own! ^^ Spreading knowledge the entire series 1,2,5,10,20 were printed for 1 year as propoganda for the first world war effort. An eagle was for the 1 dollar bill, and a factory for the 10th or 20th if I recall. Our money was such artisticly done back then.
I wanted to tell a little something of myself. I collect things ^^

yup, Italy was bart of the central Alliance (yeah the allies alliance wasn't called the alliance ^^) but Italy was convienced to betray Germany at the outstart of the war by the allies for land, land which they were denied at the end. Which helped allow Fascist Italy rise to power. Thousands of Italians died in the Alps in a stalemate of fighting. The highest battles of the war happened there.
Deutsche Mark (German Note?) and "Pfenig"

we had coins for 1,2. 5 was the first note, later, they changed 5 from note to coin (for automats). Notes go from 10,20,50,100,200,500,1000,

Thats a cool dollar bill. I kidn fo collect them myself wheni can. Moslty got like coins and what not, but i do have abunch of $2 bills. i got 6 with the red front and rest are the greens. Total i think im up to liek 70 $2 bills hehe, but whats cool is dads got one od the #20 gold pieces and a silver certificate.
Cool! I've got a lot of old bills, but I've never see this one before! I've got some hawaii occupied by the japanese money, and then some Phillipine occupied by the Japanese bills, then reoccupied by the americans bills. History through currency is awesome! I've also got some of those stamp bills from ww2 when there wasn't a lot of metal and they used stamp notes for coinage. Some confederate bills, and some of those really huge old west bills (can't remember the dates off of the top of my head) but I don't have nearly as many as you do of those I've listed I've only got like one or two of each. Thanks for sharing, it's too cool!
Great piece of history you have there. I have a fascination with battleships so I tried to figure out which one that might be on your bill, I'm fairly certain that it's probably one of the New York class, either the U.S.S. New York (BB-34) or the U.S.S. Texas (BB-35). Though I'm not 100% sure on that, but I'm guessing it on only seeing five dual gun main turrets.
