He's a spirited young man!
He designed the goggles himself, with special magnification capabilities. Sully's in slight denial about needing glasses (ferrets are naturally nearsighted). In the future he'll have a pair, but for now he uses the goggles to compensate, especially in Emmet's lab where he has to examine a lot of tiny things.
