Some explanations for the odd shape of this one:
Astral kobolds are a race of kobold that developed in 0g environments. Their main adaptations are their spur-like scales for gripping, elongated neck and arms due to no gravity, general slimmer build (for a kobold at least lol), and prehensile tail.
Some other features are a higher resistance to radiation, glowing scales and eyes, and generally being taller than most kobolds (3-4ft).

Any being born in space will have the mark of the Starborne. Creatures born in space have weaker hearts than normal, and require surgery at birth to install a cybernetic onto the heart which strengthens it to normal levels over a few years. The mark of the Starborne is the 4 pointed star shaped scar tissue from the surgery.

Mother-like, nurturing and caring of creatures.
Her soul belongs in the stars, where she loves the feeling of hyperspace travel, the gentle leviathans at home in space, and painting the beautiful nebulae she has seen.
