In my dry periods, I have not simply idled away in my scant free time. I tend to dabble in other things. Foam props, sculpture, pottery, or in this case, markers. There's not a lot to say really, I wanted to draw a dorky Merrick and learned some new tricks on the way. :3

I love digital art, but there is something special about having a one-of-a-kind in my hands. But it's a tricky endeavor, and had long eluded me until this one. My only regret is that it doesn't look as good scanned as it does in person, I'll need to figure out another method or perhaps play with the settings a bit more. Maybe a good camera instead.

There are some pictures that I can't seem to find the inspiration to do digitally, but would love to do traditionally. Such as this one. I'll see what else I can come up with, I've got some paintings I can share too before too long. If I don't forget to. I'll probably forget to. At least for a while. I'm bad at finishing things.
