This came up in a conversation between me and some friends, the idea of a Tonberry Reploid as the bosses in Megaman X tend to be animal themed. There is a beam knife in his right cuff, and that's a lantern in his right arm. I would say, perhaps, his attack power with the lantern blast goes up for each other Robot Master beaten before him.

I love this pic but I still can't think of a name. Perhaps Tonberry Stalker (which is also one of the tonberry types in FFXI, and the name of the one I made on City of Villains)
