It is said this immortal plumeria was born the very first Blue Moon, and has enchanted the world with its magic every Blue Moon since. It is one of the few of the species that has left the species' home island of Arcana. Legend has it, they take off every blue moon, traveling far and wide and sparking what looks like stardust in its wake. It is said a pinch of this dust will bless any spell or ritual. Witches will keep a close eye out for this plumeria every blue moon that passes - hoping to collect some of this dust for themselves. It is also said the plumeria is revered among its own kind - it's magic moondust able to enchant other plumeria's magic to make it stronger.

This plumeria is #16 on the Masterlist with the theme blue moons' enchantment. It is a rare night-blooming plumeria, meaning it feeds on moonlight, rather than sunlight. It is rated legendary and is immortal, with the rare traits of double wings (on its legs) and a leg veil.
