Just showing off some of the progress steps to making  FreakWolf's gift piece.

(top) Shows the individual glass pieces cut & fit to size

(bottom) has each of the pieces wrapped in copper foil. I prefer the tiffany-style method of stained glass as opposed to structured canning since I feels it creates a tighter finished project.

Folks usually don't show the intermediate steps, but I think it helps to get a sense of the work needed to complete the art. This had 20 individual pieces, which made it likely one of the largest projects I've done so far.
