Jim is a sewer wizard. He's a communal worker that managed the sewer, but magic. Jim did not think this was how things would end when he studied to be a wizard but I guess that's how it is.

You can tell his waders are wizard waders because they have a star. Yes he has to wear the hat. Jim is so tired.

His spells does include a shitstorm yes, but at higher levels it becomes a poo-nado and let's just say that's a bad way to go.

Jim is entirely unrelated to Eugene the candy wizard.
