Cynthia (call her Cyn or she will eat/smack you) is an eastern dragoness. She hasn't kept up with her family history, so she is unsure which of the floating islands, nations or continents she hails from. What is know is that she is a dragoness of the weather, with varying control over rain and wind. She hasn't got much ability to mess with lightning to her displeasure, but can protect herself from such a bit. Wind gusts are her most readily accessible powers, albeit she does not have a true breath based weapon besides casting a thick fog, possibly learned from a certain fellow noodle called Pepper. Cyn can use her mouth, hands, and tail to cast strong winds around her, and sometimes generate rain or clouds in the area.

If in an urgent situation like a fight she can't control the local weather much besides small, mini events. Small vortexes of wind to tornado-suck people into her mouth is a favorite. Generally the rule is her power falls off with distance and time. Sitting to meditate gives her the ability to control weather more deeply, and switching between anthro and feral forms also happens during a meditation session, but she can not change form feral to anthro with a loaded belly, only from anthro to feral. Meditation is how she can summon proper storms in an area, be it giving rain to crops or causing havoc, but most storms of any great size require her to be feral to truly power them up, and will steadily drain her of energy.

She's somewhat laid back, and a bit of a hermit. Slowly she is beginning to explore settlements and cities on her down time when not hunting or gardening, curious about the world and the tasty snacks/people in it.

On a meta level, she is somewhat designed as a soft-replacement for Kazuma similar to how Jess soft replaces Carlia if you're familiar. so if you recognize similarities that's why!
