Nox Arcana may appear to some as a red Imp with spiraling tatoos represting the shadows themselves. but in accuality they are a Dragon. a massive dragon. one of the other dragons who calls the shadowrealm home. but in particualr Nox's DOmain is Umbra Sancurary. a Large red moon that is part of Last havens Orbit and its also connected to the shadowrealm. it is a sancurary for demons and devils and other creatures who seek a place far away from hells grip.

Nox is perhaps the "Nicest" of the shadowlords. who works closely with mortals and accualy prefers helping mortals. it was Nox who started a campange to bring balance back to the practice of necromancy and supports any good or nutral alinged Necormancers who seek to help others rather than hurt or destroy lives.

Many also consider Nox to be a Night Mother. a type of individual who supports the birth of dark creatures and is able to take form of either male or female. tho thy seem to prefer a balance between both and is seen as a hermaphrodite.

Many necromancers and umbramancers call apon Nox as theri patron espescaly those who dwell in Last haven. tho theres a few outside of that realm that pray to Nox. they seem to learn more twords umbramancy than necromancy.
