Splash and Blue's Underwater Peril

Another nice thing about Blue's new power, he also has the ability to breathe underwater.
It's just Splash Vixen (shinragod) and Blue the Arctic Fox in an underwater session, where they're tied up and gagged (Splash's idea) and they sink towards the bottom of a nearby lake. Splash couldn't help but look at Blue and she started to look at him like she was flirting with him. Since she has water-based powers, she can work her way to him if she wants to.
She's not worried about him drowning since she discovered that his ice powers also grant him the ability to breathe underwater as the ice gem appears on his chest.
I know Splash has water powers and she can get out of this ordeal but, she's still bondage material.
