The most problematic part of that request is that she specified "well behaved" so if any action she wants to take to try and turn back go against what someone else wants she won't be able to do anything.
She might have been able to undo the change with fair amount of difficulty if it was just her being a horse, but with the obedient restriction it will be damn near impossible.
