Thanks. Even now I can see a few things that could be touched up, but I'm going to leave it. Like I could get obsessed with detailing every hair but really a rough suggestion of floof is adequate.

Grey happens to all of us eventually. o.o

I'm using the people look like their pets thing as an excuse. My hairy boy Fizzgig has this shock of grey in the long hair on his head so I've ended up with the same.

(* shrugs *) My beard is almost pure white, now. Pure as the driven slush.

I was wondering about that scar on her muzzle but I figured it from her old brawling days. Like, last Friday night. Her lovely sister probably came after her with a broken bottle.

I had been working on a small piece explaining where that scar came from but had put it aside for a while. Should probably finish it. The in-story explanation is dumb and involves a particular idiot grabbing her tail.

The real reason is from a picture I was working on. I'd got deep into the painting stage and decided I didn't like the shape of her muzzle, so chopped and moved a whole group of layers to shorten and reposition it slightly, and as a result somehow a pale line appeared across the bridge of her snout. I was going to blend it out but the ol' noggin saw it as a scar and quickly span up a yarn as to how it happened, so it's stayed.
As it is I actually haven't finished that image and it's undergone so many redraws that the original issue has been completely scrubbed now.

I think she's quite beautiful...

Always had this aim for her being one of the prettiest of my named characters, even with a bit of age behind her. Leant into a fox-like appearance for that which is sort of going full circle with her design as I vaguely remember when I created her she was one, before being made a wolf then later 'just a dog'.
