Hongcha didn't understand this at all. The girl in front of her, with that latex-looking tuxedo jacket squeezed just barely over a corseted bunny suit and knee-high boots, swore up and down that she had no idea who this 'Frost' was, or what a Resistance was, or anything that the red panda kept prodding her about. Yet she was SURE that this "Cosmic Casino" was the exact one that their sniper Whisper had disappeared in months ago, and just recently Frost too had tried to launch an attack on it, only to turn up missing.
But she knew her childhood friend, he definitely didn't have... a chest like that. Or such long hair. This lady could have passed for his big sister, honestly... but she had a feeling there was something funny going on, that she didn't know yet. Especially with that bow tie the lady was wearing, that kept blinking its yellow light in the center.
She should probably ask later, though. Some of the other Egg Pawns nearby were getting handsy the longer she interrogated this woman.
I'm still working on some other characters to fill the world of Frost, but y'all can consider this a fill-in between now and whenever I finish Hongcha's concept sheet.
Looks like Whisper wasn't the only one who got caught by Eggman's Casino security; who knows how they subdued the cryokinetic kid, but I'd say she looks quite nice in that shiny new uniform. Wouldn't you? (I mean, the blue Egg Pawns in Casino Park just look so cute that I HAD to draw another piece based on them...)
