Description:
Dilopho's FP Plus ability is extremely valuable to build FP quickly, but be careful of its low Defense.

The frills gave this dinosaur a stylish edge.

Personal Description:
I was debating on whether or not to give him a frill, but I eventually decided to just draw part of the design on the top of his neck -- from what I can remember, the neck is just the same teal as the rest of the body. XD
Although, again, I think coloring ruined this for me, I love how the original pose and anatomy turned out for this guy!
