Both Wacky World, and Happy World Land are locations in the original Tiny Toons universe. (Not sure if either will be in the new show) The former comes up in the regular show and is where Gogo Dodo lives. A space ungoverned by rules or laws. (Including the normal laws of physics.) The latter is a theme park a few of the characters wanted to go to in the Tiny Toons movie "How I Spent My Summer Vacation."
