Back in the day, during high school, I did a ton of Pop Art murals. Got a whole room with them littering it all, and I even have a few I did as gifts to other people. Wound up taking a break every now on then either due to my lack of reliable posterboard canvases or due to me hating the skin tone color matching.

One i had started and forgotten about during the pandemic was one of Velouria, the daughter of my favorite Fire Emblem character from Fates. Not to say she's not as good as him - she's very much Daddy's Girl, and she's very affectionate. She's a bit of an inspiration for characters like Mymyaow, and I wanted to draw her for Pop Art.

I think I hated the color match for her, which was why it took until now to finish it up. This past week I toiled away at it, and finally got her done today. The month of September is always a big deal for me, personally. My birthday, my dad's birthday, my youngest niece's birthday, my parent's anniversary, my boyfriend and I's anniversary... and now this long neglected piece's completion.

September is such an amazing month.
