Inspired by Iced Earth's song of the same name from the Dark Saga album. One of my favourites of that era along with Something Wicked This Way Comes.


Knew I'd spent a long time working on this, but on checking past saved out revisions to figure out exactly how long it looks like it was started beginning of September '21. Two years. Damn, where's my life gone?

Tools of the trade: iPad Pro M1, started in MediBang as a drawing with base colours, then ported across to Procreate for detail painting.
