A silly scenario I thought up where a Floatzel girlfriend type of character is teasing the viewer, with her huge flotation sac and riding a big blue balloon. This picture of course isn't done without reference, as I used a recent picture by SinfulWarp (Jalpunny on Twitter) to do this. I'm proud of how this came out.
