I feel like a crazy cat lady, only instead of cats, I'm compulsively hAnyway, I'm really fond of this guy.
He's designed by and I just fell in love with his radical chaotic color scheme.

So about Ryton. He might look a bit scary but he's actually quite tame. In difference to his feral counterparts, this raptor is all city boy. He's got a cushy downtown flat (paid for by his parents).

He spends his days in acting class (trying to get his SAG card) and his nights working city's most exclusive clubs, where he's known to razzle-dazzle the patrons with his colorful tail-feathers. He doesn't need the money - he just likes the attention. His colors are all-natural, by the way. No feather-dye. (He does use polish for those red claws though).

But his real passion is acting. Only, there aren't a lot of roles available to aspiring dromaeosaurid actors. Hollywood likes to typecast raptors as bloodthirsty move monsters, and Ryton resents feeding into what he feels is a demeaning stereotype. He believes his talents are better suited for sensitive character-driven dramas. It's made worse that he refuses to remove his piercings for any reason. And thirdly, he's just not a very good actor.

Anyway, expect to see much more of this guy in the future.

PS: He's an Achillobator. Though he presents himself as a velociraptor because that's the one everyone knows.
