With Hero Forge I have created an adult and muscular Rupert Bear who trains with dumbbells. He lifts weights to maintain his body shape and muscle mass. He wants to be healthy and strong for as long as possible.

Little Boy: Well, I don't know, is it really that easy to see through the window. My parents tell me that you shouldn't just look in other people's windows.

Rupert Bear came into the living room and prepared the chair and the dumbbells. He then took off first his yellow scarf then his red shirt.
All children (quietly): Wow!
Little Boy: So big!
Little Vixen: So handsome!
Little Bear: Those are mega muscles.
Little Goat: He's more magnificent than I thought.
Little Otter Boy: He is Hercules in bear form.
Rupert sat down in his chair and began his weight training. The children watched this with great enthusiasm. They saw Rupert enthusiastically lifting the heavy dumbbells up and down.
Little vixen (whispering): Wow, so strong and yet so beautiful!
Little Bear (whispering): When I grow up, I want to be just like him.
Little Boy: That's so impressive!
Little Goat: He must be so strong that he can even lift a whale.
Little Otter Boy: I'm glad he's a good guy.
Rupert stopped his training and looked towards the window and the children ducked. Rupert smiled, put the dumbbells on the floor, stood up and went to the front door. He opened it and looked first to the left, then to the right.
Rupert Bear: Well? I felt like I noticed someone. I guess I imagined it. I still have something left to snack on, it's nicer to share with nice people. Maybe there are some nice kids at my window.
The children came to the door and looked a little ashamed.
Little Boy: Mr. Bear, we're pretty sorry. We know it's not proper to look into other people's houses, but we just wanted to...
Rupert Bear: ...watch me train and lift the dumbbells?

Rupert Bear: I officially allow you to watch me train. You can treat yourself to a few snacks. But please promise me that you won't just peep into my living room anymore, okay?
The children nodded in agreement and went into the house. Everyone took a candy, sat on the floor and watched Rupert train. Their faces showed deep admiration and respect. When Rupert finished his training, he remained seated and took time to breathe calmly.

Rupert wiped his upper body with a bath towel and then he sat on his knee in front of the children. They enthusiastically touched his chest, his arms, and his stomach, and were fascinated that the muscles beneath his fur were hard. Rupert smiled, flexing his right arm and showing off his big biceps. And again the children were deeply enthusiastic and awestruck. Every single one of them touched the huge biceps and were very satisfied. Rupert stood up and they saw his full height. The children went into the bathroom and washed their hands.
Rupert Bear: I'm glad you had fun watching me train. But I believe that your parents are waiting for you. I don't want them to worry about you.
The children thanked Rupert again and set off. Only the little bear and the little vixen remained. Rupert saw them and waited to see what else they had to say.
Little Bear: Mr. Bear? Can I also become a giant like you?
Rupert Bear: If you eat sensibly and train well, then definitely. If someone offers you shortcuts with so-called "miracle substances", then leave it alone. You can only be truly proud when you have truly earned something. I only got the body I have today through hard and honest training. Hard work and discipline are the most important things when you set your mind to something. But remember something else, strength alone doesn't count. You also have to take care of your heart and mind.

The little bear happily ran out of the house and only the vixen remained. Rupert looked at her and noticed how enthusiastically she was looking at him.
Little Vixen: Why can't I be an adult already? You are so tall, so strong and so handsome. You are incredible. You are my Prince Charming.
Rupert bent down and looked her kindly in the eyes.
Rupert Bear: I know how great you think I am. But I'm not a god, not a prince, just a bear who is pretty strong and wants to help people when they need help. You still have your childhood ahead of you, just enjoy it. Your whole life is just beginning. Friendship and love are the great things in life. And when you one day find someone to love and they love you for who you are, that's great. It doesn't have to be someone with big muscles, they can also be smart and have a wonderful personality. You'll understand this when you're older. But until then, just be a nice girl, be a good daughter to your parents and a friend they can count on. I am a friend to all of you, you can be sure of that.
The little vixen smiled gratefully and hugged him. Rupert returned the hug.

Rupert let her away from his hug and she went home happy. Rupert was just happy and made himself comfortable.
