Never posted his initial iteration but this is actually a redraw of a drawing Crunchy had done a while ago.
Roluevasreisa has a comparison on his page of the two but I will say Crunchy has improved much since then.
This is Kaurus, Leader of the League of The Unjust. Technically he is Lazin's boss. Simply likes doing non-lethally villainous things. He hates having to kill, sees it as no fun and he is the one that has instated the "catch and release" ideology the guild follows.
