I wonder if by the time they get back to the tavern, the patrons will be huge blubber boulders of fat, unable to move, and can only eat. Like I imagine them as fat as you from the ending of the comic before this one or if breaking the idol will spread the curse to everywhere making everyone into massive fatties
Kinda hope that in the epilogue they both work themselves to where Barclay is now and decide to adventure together on a quest that will almost certainly fatten them both again. I like bulk and cut cycles much more than fat forever and I think they would be happier as adventurers than blobs.
