This is a charm that increases the amount of tera shards you get from raids! This is huge and very useful!! Worth catching the new 100 Pokemon for this!
So far it seems to add plus 5 Tera shards after each raid. Unconfirmed since I am only raiding after completing the game. I will test in a new game plus in a few days.
