No textures in the background
Just showing off the shackle and wrap I made for the minotaur. I think it fits the species. Also gave him entirely new textures closer resembling skin, as opposed to the non-specific "rough colour variation" he had previously.
Substance really has been a game changer for texture work. Couldn't live without it, now.

Not sure how shackles fit in with the Greek mythology of Asterion the Minotaur as the only restraint that Asterion had was being locked away within the Labyrinth.
As for what Asterion actually looked like that was always interpreted quite loosely depending who was describing him. The only constant was that he had a bulls head. Me personally I have always like the more beastly look of being really hairy with a bulls legs and tail with only the torso and arms being human with being out right covered in fur like hair.
I am looking forward to see how your interpretation of Asterion finally comes out.
