Oh, where to begin... I wanted to paint something a little more peaceful this time around. I was going through a bit of a depressing art block, and didn't know what to do about it. I tried reading, listening to relaxing music, but all to no avail.
Then I decided to browse around through a certain gallery that truly inspired me to draw from my heart. I can't tell you how much EVMousser inspires me. If it weren't for her, I don't think I'd be anywhere near where I am right now art-wise. She's really helped rekindle my love for Sonic. I am so grateful for her helping me overcome my art block. ;_;
I know this isn't perfect, and there are so many flaws (I'm not so great at drawing hands, just to name one thing)... but she told me to be true to myself, and I was. I worked on this for days. Started on Friday at around noon, I believe. Just finished this around an hour ago. I had to re-draw some things a few times. I loved painting this in the end, though.
I hope you like it, EV! ;_; You may not think much of your art, but it really has a beautiful impact on people.
I hope everyone else likes it, too!

This is wonderful! I'm one of those people that's always like, "Oooo! Look at the sky! I'm gonna take a picture!" There's definitely a certain mood captured here, and your eye for detail is always remarkable. As always, I look forward to your next installment while this one stays in my head.
