I like this soft line look. It reminds me of the colored ink lines of the animation studios in the 30's and 40's.

hehe yeah, I have been learning how to do some oil painting techniques in Art Academy on the Nintendo DSi and I figured I apply this to the ArtRage program that has an oil brush tool with it.

unlikely unless you have the right brushes for it.

Probably correct. I'm using a very old version of PS, so if any brushes like that exist, they are probably not compatible.

yeah, ArtRage is at least cheaper to afford and it can export into Photoshop related files which makes ti even better to work with like SAI.

I'm going to check it out. I don't do a lot of digital work (I still mostly work traditional), but it's good to have a program around that's cost-effective and good.
